Celebrating World Water Day in Ottawa

Ottawa Riverkeeper Meredith Brown  (above) and Blue Planet Project's Anil Naidoo (below) talked to the crowd about the challenges ahead for the Ottawa river watershed and how people must not take fresh water for granted.

Karine Houde (left) and Ellorie McKnight were on hand to support Ottawa Riverkeeper and World Water Day.  Along with six others, they plan on canoeing and portaging 7,000 kilometres from Ottawa to Inuvik, NWT this year to raise awareness about watershed conservation in Canada.
